Sedum spathulifolium

Also known as ‘Blob’, Sedum spathulifolium is a mass of tiny, compact rosettes. Its foliage is fleshy, waxy and coated in a powder, giving it an iridescent appearance. They grow up to 10cm in height before spreading outwards. They have small clusters of yellow, star shaped flowers.

They make a wonderful groundcover for the garden, a sea of silver or purple. They are also suited to a pot. A fantastic miniature shrub for fairy gardens or mini gardens, as they resembles tiny little roses.
